My thoughts about counter strike

We all love shooting games. Shoot your enemies on the head, hide between spaces or dodge bullets. Most especially when you play it with friends. But what if this games has online features and is played by all? Then meet counter strike.

A shooter game so originial, that many games were produced because it was the base of it all.

Immerse yourself in a shooter games with your friends and shoot each other to death till the other team wins. Or if the terrorists plant the bomb and make it explode before you kill them all. We all know that all we play is de_dust 1 and 2.

then, if you're tired of playing the normal way, you can open up your console then type up sv_cheats 1 enter, then type god 1 then enter. And play as the immortal mvp in your team while pissing of your friends in the other team for being a total ass.

If you're looking for the mother of all shooting games while having fun with it's gameplay, then counter strike is the game for you

my thoughts on 2fuse

Android games and iphone games have never been so fun when math and games were both incorporated into one. Most especially if it's just 1+1=2. Like the concept? Then my readers, meet 2fuse

A game so addicting, that a minute of gameplay will consume you a day for pressing the restart all day trying to beat your previous score. It is so immersive that you wont realize how much games you've already done and how much time you've already wasted.

Experience a game so unique, that you have never experienced 1+1 as a life changing equation.

Then observe your phone as you try to stop. And you then realize that the fingerprints are perfectly printed on your screen. 

Wanting more upgrades and items for use, you will then be forced to play more and more till you realize that the sun is no longer up there. But if you're lazy as fuck, you then buy it in the market.

So if you love tapping your phone and enjoys math. Then 2 fuse is the game for you. 

My thoughts on metal gear rising

Hack slash cut and destroy. One of the unique types of gameplay that we gamers look for. But what if it's too much? Like hack slash and FUCKING CUT YOUR ENEMIES INTO A MILLION PIECES? Then my readers, meet Metal gear rising.

Metal gear rising, a game so badass that you can cut your enemies not just in half, but in pieces that when you're done, you won't recognize them anymrore.

Metal gear rising is the game after the stories of metal gear solid. Play as raiden, a cyborg ninja who hacks and slashes his enemies in half while still believing that his sword is a tool for justice.

Then get utterly defeated by a cyborg samurai by getting raiden's left hand cut off. I mean seriously cut off clean.

Come back as an upgraded cyborg ninja and defeat your nemesis and restore world order by killing the man behind the scenes.

Enjoy a gameplay so unique. that it makes DMC look like mario.

Experience raiden's story as an ex-jack the ripper while bringing out his innermost potential. That said, harnessing the ripper inside him making him more than the ripper before/ And can now be considered as a god of death.

if you want a fruit ninja cyborg hd immersive game. Then metal gear rising is the game for you.

My thoughts on Mass effect

We all love love shooter games. We also love games with magic. But what if there's a game with these 2 included? But instead of magic, it's scientific weaponry that looks like magic because it looks so flashy. Then my readers, meet mass effect.

Play as commander shepard and go on a journey in your ship called normandy across the milky way galaxy. Cross planets and solar systems across the galaxy while fighting to protect the citadel(a giant ass space structure supposedly created by an advanced extinct race which is now inhabited by humans and all other kinds of weirdos.).

Enjoy an immersive FPS gameplay with advanced guns and powers called biotics(a scientifically engineered power which lets you lift stuff, destroy stuff and blow stuff with just a move of a hand).

Experience a well made story. A story so badass, that it kills your character at the start of its prequel. No kidding, you die in the beginning of Mass effect 2.(SPOILERS)

Now if you still can't get enough of commander shepard, dont worry. THERE. ARE. TWO. MORE.

And a brand new one still in the works.

If you're a person who loves saving everything, then this is the game for you.

My thoughts on clash of clans

Build an army, destroy enemy bases and seize victory. Those are the usual conditions that are supposed to be met in strategy based games. But what if those types of games were brought to mobile phones? Added with a couple of gimmicks like a ranking system and the need for an internet connection just to play? Then my readers, allow me to introduce to you guys the game called clash of clans.

Most of you guys must know of this game already. It is so famous that it even had its own commercial. By commercial i meant a couple of commercials. Well.... fine. A LOT of commercials. Many android gamers would usually play this for it's unique and addicting gameplay. COC(clash of clans) is not a complicated game in which you have to know each and every detail just to master it. You just have to be skilled in the art of war when attacking while setting up defenses and traps in your base in the right places as if predicting where your enemy would attack and defend. One more thing about COC, you need to have time just to play it. You can't get stronger if you think that your shield will protect you all day. You have to loot and get money, get stronger and stronger, upgrade your troops and buildings, join a clan and get stronger with them. USE ALL OF YOUR TIME FOR THIS ADDICTING SHIT AND GET YOUR LIFE TAKEN OVER BY CLANS.

uh.. ok. sorry about that. I had some emotional overload because of this game. But i still love playing it though! 

Embark on journey in the clan world, where all you do is nothing but loot, attack, defend, go to war............. AND VICE VERSA.

My thoughts on dota 2

Playing online games is really mind blowing. Not only do we play for the story, but we also play it for competitions against our fellow gamers and cooperation with them as well. But what if there is less story and more action? Less solo playing like kirito but more cooperation? What if you're playing DOTA 2? Then boy do i have a different opinion about this online game.

Dota 2, a very famous game known for its unique yet immersive gameplay. It is so famous that it can actually be called a sport now. Why? Because this recent tournament's bout was over 15 million dollars! Yes. Dollars. Compared to other games that the only prize you'll get is a trophy, Dota 2 is leagues above it. The prize money is so damn high that players all over the globe do their best just to get a chance to be in one of the tournaments that offers such a prize.

I actually love playing dota 2. Its gameplay would always excite me most especially when all heroes in the map are gathered in one place to fight and kill each other(clash). So much possible gameplay styles with different heroes can also be achieved. The fight to win through strategy and quick thinking is one way to describe this game.



Not to mention that there are exclusive items for certain heroes in dota 2. The prices are surprisingly high. Am item or a couple of sets may cost 8k or more. And some people do buy them because they look so badass and unique.

So if you want to play a strategy based game with full of gimmicks, action, surprises and fun, then dota 2 is the game for you.

If you have, then boy do i have news for you!

My name is EJ Reyes, a typical hardcore gamer who loves games more than anything else. I play mass effect 3, metal gear rising, dota 2, bioshock, tales series, marvel vs capcom 3, AND A WHOLE LOT MORE. And I too have been told those questions over and over and OVER again. Sometimes it would tick me off, especially if it's my close friends or family members asking me those. So what i did was look into the effects of gaming and what it does to our brains. And to my surprise, the effects were not that bad at all. The effects were actually good!

Games can increase your hand - eye coordination. why? Playing fast paced games will enable your eyes to analyze your opponents movements and make your hands press the appropriate buttons to eliminate that target. Fast - paced games also requires you to press the right buttons at the right time and in a very fast motion.

Games can also increase a player's accuracy. Games train gamers to make faster decisions without losing accuracy. That being said, it also promotes critical thinking and lets the players make the right choices in real life. 

Perseverance can also be gained through games. There will always be times that we will lose to a certain level. The reason for that is because our level isn't high enough or our equipments are not strong enough. And so, we are forced to go back and get stronger and obtain more durable items. That process is called grinding. And it is a very important way of playing in games. Without grinding, players would be stuck to a certain level and would be very weak. And so, players are always forced to persevere whether they like it or not.

And lastly, games teaches us to take risks. Gamers who win in tournaments like DOTA 2, Marvel vs capcom 3, Street fighter IV, etc. would always risk an attack or strategy in order to win their games. Though risking by the word itself is a double edged sword, risking is still a big help to gamers and in our society right now. Without risks, successful businesses right now won't be so big right now. Without risks, your father wouldn't have been able to propose to your mother and made you after. Without risks, you wont be able to have a girlfriend nor have been able to confess to the person you like! There will always be risks. 

Those stated above are few of the many effects of gaming. I wont put them all because i think you already get what im trying to say. So the next time someone tells you that games will bring you nowhere, you can point one finger in the air and point it to my blog. Games changes lives in a good way. They help us mature and get better in every aspect. Sure there are also downsides to games like alchohol content, scenes that aren't supposed to be seen by children, and magical words that children should not learn, but people should understand that those downsides only happen because the players that play those are still immature. Give them time! They will mature more and become better than who they were before. And besides, they always be friends with hardcore gamers who already have years of experience in the gaming world. So whenever they are going through the wrong path, there will be gamers who would correct them and let them mature.

And one last thing, always know your priorities. Yeah games can help you change a lot and mature more. But always remember that studies are supposed to be your priorities. If it's time to study, study! There will always plenty of time to play after assignments, projects, quizzes and exams!

There is always a time for everything. Remember that.
