wanna get buffed?

Ever thought of working out to get those abs and the body build that you so badly wanted to have? And then you get lazy and end up not working out at all? Well it's perfectly normal. That really happens. Well, almost to oftenly. Why do people want those types of bodies? Well, some want those because they want to show something off when they take their clothes of. Most especially at the beach where almost every guy is topless and every woman is wearing her bikini.

Some want those for their martial art. Having a hard body is a big thumbs up for those who have martial arts. It can take more hits than the average body. And is faster, stronger and more limber than normal ones. These people train their bodies to kick your ass in a fight.

Others are jealous of people who have the body they want to have. So they use them as inspirations to workout and try to get or surpass the body that person has.

And then, there are those who just want to have a perfect body because they want to. Not because of an external catalyst but something that occured within them by itself. In other words, they want to surpass themselves. And i think that is the reason all of us should have. We should not think that we have to surpass this person so that i can fully say that im a better person. Or wanting to show it off to others and make them feel jealous or impressed by what we have. We should focus on surpassing ourselves. Compare ourselves to who we were before. And get better in every aspect.

Your enemy is no one but yourself. So keep on polishing the skills you have developed today and make new ones tom. Same goes with your body. Keep on making it better by the moment. If you have 4 packs right now, challenge youself and try to get a 6 pack. If your kick is weak today, try to make it stronger tomorrow.
